Our 30-Day Resolution Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any issues with your order. We are committed to working with you to find a satisfactory solution within this timeframe.
Eligibility for a Resolution (Refund or Replacement)
We will provide a complimentary replacement or a full refund for any order that meets the following criteria:

Manufacturing Defect: The item has a clear defect in its print or construction.

Damaged in Transit: The item was significantly damaged during its international journey to you.

Incorrect Item: You received a different size, color, or design than what you ordered.
Important Note on Fit and Personal Preference: Because each item is produced and shipped internationally from our facility in Vietnam, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of “change of mind,” incorrect size selection, or other personal preferences. We strongly encourage you to consult the detailed size chart on each product page before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.
Our Simple, Return-Free Resolution Process
To resolve an issue, you do not need to ship the item back to us. Simply follow these steps:

Await Our Solution: Our team will review your submission and respond within 1-2 business days. If the issue is verified, we will immediately process your choice of a full refund or a free replacement.
Refund Processing Time
If you opt for a refund, please allow 3-5 business days for the transaction to be processed back to your original payment method.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

Return Shipping Costs: Since we do not require you to physically return the item for eligible issues, you will not incur any return shipping costs.

Non-Eligible Items
Please note that Gift Cards and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase. After this period, your order enters our production queue in Vietnam and cannot be canceled.
