Our International Process & Quality
1. Where are your products made and shipped from?
All of our apparel is designed and produced with care at our own garment facility in Tay Ninh, Vietnam. We are proud of our origin and ship every order directly from our workshop to you. This direct-to-you model allows us to ensure quality at every step.
2. Is it safe to order from an international company?
Absolutely. We have structured our business to provide you with a secure and seamless US shopping experience. We have a registered representative office in Los Angeles, a US phone number for support, and all payments are processed through world-class, US-based gateways like Stripe and PayPal. Your security is our top priority.
3. Will I have to pay extra customs fees upon delivery?
No. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. All customs duties and import taxes are handled by us. There will be no surprise fees upon delivery.
Ordering & Payment
1. What currency are your prices in?
All prices on our website are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).
2. What will the charge look like on my bank statement?
To avoid confusion, please be aware that the charge will appear under our official company name, “VIETNAM REHONG GARMENT”.
3. Can I cancel my order?
You have a 6-hour window after placing your order to request a cancellation. After this, your custom item enters the production queue and cannot be stopped.
Shipping & Tracking
1. What is the total time to receive my order?
Our total delivery timeframe is 9 to 19 business days. This includes 2-4 business days for production in Vietnam and 7-15 business days for international shipping to your US address.
2. How does international tracking work?
Your order is first handled by an international carrier in Vietnam and then handed over to USPS for the final delivery in the US. You will receive one tracking number that will allow you to follow the package throughout its journey.
Returns & Problem Resolution
1. What is your return policy?
We have a “Resolution Policy.” Since shipping items back to Vietnam is not practical, we do not require physical returns for eligible issues. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with photos of the problem, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
2. What if I order the wrong size or change my mind?
Because each item is produced and shipped internationally, we are unable to accept returns for sizing issues or personal preference. We strongly recommend reviewing the detailed size chart on each product page before ordering. For full details, please see our Refund and Returns Policy
