1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be sent back to us within this 30-day period.
2. Eligibility & Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

It must be in its original packaging.

Any original tags must still be attached.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as “Final Sale” or on clearance
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Returning an item is simple. Please follow these steps:

Contact Us First: Email our customer support team at contact@bonmartx.com with your order number and the reason for your return (e.g., wrong size, defective product). Please include photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Await Authorization: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.

Ship Your Item: Securely package the item and include the RA number. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method.
Do not send items back to us without first requesting a return, as it will not be accepted.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in ensuring our products are perfect. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will resolve the issue at no cost to you by sending a replacement or providing a full refund, including any shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically.

Refund Method: The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Refund Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process the refund after we have received the returned item. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you get your desired product as quickly as possible.
7. Return Shipping Costs

For General Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., it didn’t fit as expected, change of mind). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For Defective/Incorrect Items: Bonmartx will cover all return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
8. Restocking Fee
We believe in a fair and simple return process. Therefore, we do not charge any restocking fees on returns.
9. Order Cancellation Policy
As our products are printed on demand, we have a limited window for cancellations.

You may request to cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it.

After 12 hours, the order may have already entered the production phase, and we can no longer guarantee cancellation. Please contact us, and we will do our best to assist if possible.
