Welcome to bonmartx! Every product you see is created with care at our own garment facility in Vietnam and shipped directly to you in the United States. This policy outlines the international journey of your order, from our workshop to your home.

We currently ship exclusively to the United States.

Your Cross-Border Delivery Journey

Our delivery process involves two key stages: production at our facility and international transit.

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + International Shipping Time

  • Stage 1: Production & Preparation (2-4 Business Days)

    • Once you place an order, our team in Vietnam begins the production process. This includes printing, quality checking, and carefully packing your item. This stage takes 2-4 business days (Monday – Friday).

    • Our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Orders received after this time will enter production on the next business day.

  • Stage 2: International Shipping (7-15 Business Days)

    • After production, your package begins its journey from Vietnam to the United States. The estimated transit time for this is 7-15 business days (Monday – Friday).

Therefore, the total estimated time for you to receive your custom-made product is 9 to 19 business days.

Shipping Rates

We offer a clear and simple shipping fee structure for all orders to the US:

  • A standard shipping fee of $7.99 for all orders under $199.

  • Free shipping on all orders of $199 or more.

The final cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking & The Delivery Process

Your order will be shipped from Vietnam via an international carrier and will be handed over to USPS for the final delivery to your address.

You will receive a single tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. This tracking number will become active once the package is processed by the initial carrier and can be used to monitor the journey until it reaches you. Please allow 24-48 hours for initial tracking updates.

Taxes, Duties, and Customs Fees

The price you see is the price you pay. All prices listed on our website are inclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for entry into the United States. You will not be responsible for any additional customs charges upon delivery.

Note on Sales Tax: For legal compliance, US sales tax will be calculated based on your specific shipping address. The final tax amount will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment.

Shipping Address & Restrictions

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address.

  • Restrictions: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Order Support (Damaged or Delayed Items)

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or is not what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and photos of the issue. Our commitment is to provide a resolution within 5-7 business days.

  • Delays: International shipping can sometimes face unforeseen delays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will investigate the status for you.
