At Bonmartx, we understand that you’re excited to receive your order. That’s why we are committed to providing a clear, transparent, and efficient shipping process. This policy outlines in detail how we process, produce, and deliver your products.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

All Bonmartx products are printed on demand to ensure the highest quality for each customer.

  • Production Time: Your order requires 2 to 4 business days to be processed, printed, and packaged.

  • Operational Hours: Our team operates from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: To ensure your order begins processing on the next business day, please complete your purchase by 6:00 PM PT, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed starting the following business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Once your order is produced and handed over to our shipping carrier, the estimated transit time is as follows:

  • Shipping Time: 5 to 7 business days (Monday – Friday).

Total Estimated Delivery Time: To calculate when you can expect your package, please add our production time to the shipping time:

Total Delivery Time = Production Time (2-4 business days) + Shipping Time (5-7 business days) = 7 to 11 business days

Please note: This is an estimated timeframe and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, carrier delays, or high-volume holiday periods.

3. Shipping Rates & Methods

We strive to offer fair and competitive shipping rates.

  • Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

  • Standard Shipping Rates:

    • Free Shipping: Available for all orders with a total value over $199.

    • $7.99 Flat Rate: Applied to all orders with a total value under $199.

  • Handling Charges: Bonmartx does not charge any hidden handling fees. The shipping cost you see at checkout is the final price for the delivery of your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number. You can use this number on the USPS website to monitor your package’s journey.

5. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

  • Shipping Area: We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Address Restrictions: To ensure a successful delivery, we cannot ship to:

    • P.O. Boxes

    • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

6. Sales Tax

In accordance with state and local laws, applicable sales tax will be calculated on all orders. The precise amount is determined by your shipping address and is computed automatically during the checkout process. To ensure full transparency, the final tax amount will be clearly itemized in your order summary for your review before you complete your payment.

7. Address Accuracy & Modifications

  • Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Bonmartx is not liable for failed deliveries or returned shipments due to incorrect address information.

  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at contact@bonmartx.com. We can only accommodate changes if the order has not yet entered the production phase.

8. Handling Delivery Issues

  • Damaged or Lost Packages:

    • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date).

    • Please provide your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable).

    • Resolution Time: We are committed to investigating and resolving the issue (e.g., sending a replacement) within 5-7 business days.

  • Delays or Out-of-Stock Items:

    • In the rare event of a production delay or an issue with stock, we will proactively contact you via email to provide an update and offer solutions.
