Q2: What materials are your products made of?

Our t-shirts are typically made from soft, high-quality ringspun cotton for comfort and durability. Hoodies and sweatshirts are often a cozy cotton-polyester blend. For specific material composition, please refer to the product description on the individual product page.

Q3: Will the colors of the product I receive look exactly like what I see on my screen?

We strive to display our product colors as accurately as possible. However, please note that colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings, resolutions, and lighting conditions.

Q4: What payment methods do you accept?

Q5: Is my payment information secure?

Shipping & Delivery

Q6: How long will it take to receive my order? Our products are printed on demand just for you! This process takes a little time. You can expect the following timeline:

  • Production Time: 2-4 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Shipping Time: 5-7 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery: You can expect your order to arrive within 7 to 11 business days after you place it.

Q7: How can I track my order?

Once your order has been printed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a USPS tracking number. You can use this number on the USPS website to follow your package’s journey.

Q8: Where are your products shipped from?

To ensure the best quality and fast shipping for our US customers, all of our products are proudly printed and shipped by our trusted partners located within the United States.

Q9: Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

Q10: What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, provided the item is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition. For full details, please read our Refund and Returns Policy.

Q11: How do I start a return?

To start a return, please email our support team at contact@bonmartx.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions.

Q12: What should I do if my item arrives damaged or is incorrect?

We are so sorry if this happens! Please contact us immediately at contact@bonmartx.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and we will work quickly to send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Q13: How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your refund. After it’s processed, it may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account.

Q14: Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

The most efficient way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or color. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.
